The Beginning

It is no secret that traveling is one of the greatest, most fun and rewarding activities a human can do in their life. The whole process of researching, wanting and/or knowing that there’s a place out there that one must visit at least once in their life is just an indescribable feeling.

Like with everything else, not everyone is the planner in the family or the friend group. Sometimes a trip is great in theory but when it comes to the planning, strategy or itinerary, some might get overwhelmed by the many choices there are.

On the other hand, in my case, I just want to do as much as possible and visit as many places as the day might allow within the trip. I’ve been assigned as the “unofficial booker” of the family, which I didn’t mind until I came across the brilliant opportunity to become a Travel Agent, which became part of my job.

As I was wondering what to do with my life after finishing college, I had a feeling that whatever it might be, it had to be related to travel somehow. The idea of having 2 weeks a year to travel hasn’t been quite appealing, I believe that one can’t put a time-limit to a trip that might be life-changing. What if a lifelong dream is to see the Northern Lights but work only allows some time off during August? One’s dream can’t be enjoyed at its fullest knowing that the best time to see them is during Winter.

All of this to say that planning is quite important regarding a trip but the greatest feeling comes once the trip starts. And that is why Flavor Voyages has been created, to design “The Perfect Vacation for Every Traveler” to explore the world however they want.
